Dark Prison Haunted House: Halfway to Halloween at the Nevada State Prison
Celebrate Halfway to Halloween! For the first time in 13 years, the Nevada State Prison will reopen its gates. Are you brave enough? This May, step inside one of Nevada’s most infamous and historic institutions for a limited-time haunted house experience unlike any other.
Presented by the creators of the award winning Dark Corner Haunted House, this Halfway to Halloween celebration transforms the real prison grounds into a fully immersive walk through theatrical experience. Guests will encounter:
- Two haunted attractions, staged with live actors, high-end sets, and terrifying moments around every corner
- Live entertainment, interactive photo opportunities, games, gathering spaces, and optional site tours – a full night experience!
- A wine and beer bar, along with local food trucks, vendors, and games to round out the evening
Built in 1862—before Nevada became a state—the Nevada State Prison carries a rich and unsettling legacy. Visitors will walk the same halls once occupied by some of the state’s most notorious figures, surrounded by real stone walls and iron bars.
This evening event is strictly limited to three nights only: May 16, 17, and 18, 2025.
Tickets are limited and expected to sell out.
