Just south of Gardnerville, the 300-acre Corley Ranch is a working ranch of wide-open pasture that includes cattle, hay and more. Come during the summer months for outdoor activities and to see firsthand the ranch work life. The facility, which is available for rent for weddings and special occasions, includes an indoor arena and the Western Barn, which holds up to 110 guests. The October Harvest Festival at the Corley Ranch features a 3-acre corn maze, pig races, hay-wagon rides, a straw maze and a pumpkin patch full of thousands of pumpkins grown on-site.
