The Carson City Squeeze In is part of a small chain of breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurants in Nevada, California and Idaho. The popular restaurants are known for their hearty four-egg omelettes in a range of creative combinations. Other breakfast menu items include breakfast burritos, chicken-fried steak, biscuits and gravy, loaded avocado toast, benedicts (they call them Bennys), French toast, pancakes and healthy options. They do a great job of serving those with special dietary requirements, including gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. The brunch/lunch menu brings in sandwiches, salads and burgers and, of course, a tempting selection of mimosas and Bloody Marys. The Carson City location on Curry Street is casual and fun, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
