Jethro's Oven & Grill in the Gardnerville Ranchos has just about everything. It's a sports bar with big-screen TVs for watching the game, throwing back a beer or cocktail and sharing some wings. But it is also a neighborly, breakfast-through-dinner restaurant and grill. Its breakfast menu includes omelettes, pancakes and build-your-own English muffin sandwiches, and the lunch and dinner selections range from barbecue to pizza to juicy cheeseburgers and Mexican cuisine. There's much to enjoy, like the BBQ Brisket Sandwich or Mexican Burger of beans, olives, Monterey Jack and salsa. Don't forget to save room for dessert such as hot apple pie a la mode.
