Youth and their families have a special day to learn about fall gardening and having fun in Gertrude's Garden at the last Youth and Family Event of the season, at Dangberg Historic Park. This event is in partnership with the Heritage Park Garden Volunteers of Gardnerville. Heritage Park Gardens is a project of Main Street Gardnerville. Children will plant and take home a greenhouse kit, make Halloween themed garden crafts, participate in a garden scavenger hunt, and learn about the wonders of an outdoor garden. More info...
