Love Notes Film Screenings & Awards
Get ready to fall in love with filmmaking! The Love Notes Short Romance Film Competition invites filmmakers to create a 5-to-9-minute romance film in just two weeks. Whether it’s a sweet love story, a quirky rom-com, a tale of passion and heartbreak, or even a bad romance we welcome creators of all levels to participate and share their unique vision of love.
The competition officially kicks off on Wednesday, January 15th. At the start of the competition, filmmakers will receive 3 prompts: a prop, a line of dialogue, and a sound effect. All three prompts must be incorporated into your film. Filmmakers will then have two weeks to complete their films, which will be showcased in a romantic screening at the Brewery Arts Center on Saturday, February 8th.
