Every Piece Is a Classic (Minden)

Tahoe Philharmonic, Every Piece is a Classic (Minden)
Event Description:

The program pairs two timeless masterpieces: Johann Sebastian Bach’s radiant Magnificat, a work of soaring joy and Baroque splendor, and Felix Mendelssohn’s beloved Violin Concerto in E minor, performed by acclaimed guest soloist Kevin Matheson, violin.

From the exhilarating choral exultation of Bach to the sweeping lyricism and passionate virtuosity of Mendelssohn, this concert promises a powerful journey of emotion, faith, and beauty. Together, orchestra, chorus, and soloist create an evening that truly lives up to its name—Every Piece is a Classic—offering audiences an inspiring and deeply moving musical experience.

Don't miss our three other performances in Nevada! Including at St. Luke's Church in Reno on Feb. 21, St. Patrick's Episcopal in Incline Village on Feb. 22, and St. Rose of Lima Church in Reno on March 1.
