Spring Art Reception & Artist Talks
Join us in our beautiful historical building to experience and enjoy our Spring Exhibition. We have amazing artwork in all of our seven art galleries. Artists Monika Piper Johnson, Ronnie Rector, Will Barber share their work in our traditional gallery spaces while, Mimi Patrick, Casey Clark, Anthony Arevalo, Anna Smith, Grey Wolf Leather Works and Pura Vida Sierras Art are our featured artists in the Artisan Gallery. The spring exhibit offers a variety of work and disciplines ranging from oil, acrylic, watercolor, photography, pottery, woodwork, fiber/textile art, leatherwork, jewelry and more.
Monika Piper Johnson introduces a new abstract body of work for the first time in our Meinecke & 4th Floor Galleries. It is spectacular and a beautiful compliment to her extensive plein air work.
Will Barber shares his photographic vision of Rorschach's ink blot work in the Post Gallery. This collection generates much conversation about "what do you see"?
Both Will and Monika will be at the reception and will give Artist Talks for interested guests. Join Monika in the Meinecke Gallery at 3pm and Will Barber in Post Gallery at 3:30pm.
