Halloween Block Party Trunk-Or-Treat

Nevada State Museum, Halloween Block Party Trunk-or-Treat
Event Description:

Nevada State Museum’s free family-friendly Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Block Party is returning this year, too, on Friday evening, October 23, 2026 from 5-8 p.m. along N. Curry Street between Robinson and Washington, featuring vehicles decorated in the Halloween spirit… and teeming with candy!

Parts of the Museum will be open and free as well, including the ghost town and underground mine exhibits bedazzled with light-hearted haunts sure to make everyone in the family smile. Families can also engage with a fun “Spooky Critters” Curator’s Corner set up in the Dema Guinn Concourse and interactive STEM activities, featuring Boo Bubbles and ooey-gooey Puking Pumpkins outside of the west entrance.

The Museum Store is open for shopping throughout each event, and CandyBurger food truck will be on site for hungry visitors on all three nights!

Reservations for trunk-or-treat vehicle spaces can be made by filling out online registration at https://www.carsonnvmuseum.org/nevada-state-museum-trunk-or-treat-registration-request-form/ or by contacting Store Manager Cayce Weislow at c.weislow@nevadaculture.org or 775-687-0662.
