Please join us for an Artist Reception featuring Melissa Cabreros and Alanna McDaniel. Meet the artists and learn about their inspiration and techniques. Light refreshments will be served.

Melissa Cabreros is a self-taught mixed media artist whose love of nature and the ocean is evident in the vibrant colors and moving textures of her work. She previously worked with stained glass before transitioning to mixed media, incorporating wood, resin, and encaustic materials.
Alanna McDaniel earned her degree in Art History and Art Education from California State University, Northridge. She worked in the art departments of Hughes Aircraft Company and Paramount Pictures and was an art teacher for over 20 years, where she shared positive energy, encouragement, and a love for the creative process. A passionate cook, Alanna believes cooking is an art form, and her paintings celebrate the beauty of fruits and vegetables. She enjoys drawing and painting on her own, experimenting, learning by doing, and finding inner peace in the artistic process.
Their works will be on display through February 14, 2025.
