"November Jazz" is an evening of big-band music by the Mile High Jazz Band with singers Jakki Ford and Dale Head! The 17-member band will play old favorites and new swinging, big-band selections, including “Sweet Georga Brown,” “When I Fall in Love,” and for Veterans Day, “American Patrol.” The performers will sing “Lady is a Tramp,” “I Get a Kick out of You,” and other great tunes with the band. Mile High Jazz Band performances and educational activities are supported in part by grants from the Nevada Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, Carson City, the Music Performance Trust Fund, and by memberships and donations.
