Converted from the home of its proprietor's grandparents in the center of Genoa, Trimmer Outpost is a store collecting all kinds of products and gifts, most of which are made locally. Trimmer Outpost is predominately a storefront for the owners' ranch, selling natural, grass-fed beef and Nevada lamb. You'll also find house-made jerky, pot pies and chorizo, as well as gourmet foods like jams, jellies, handmade preserves, California olive oil, specialty sauces and seasonings and holiday treats during that time of year. There are also plenty of gifts and souvenirs in stock, like hand-knit accessories, carved wooden toys, small home decor and local pottery.
