Butler Gourmet Meats

Butler is Carson City's gourmet butcher store. The block includes specialty beef, lamb, pork, poultry, sausage and smoked meats available for purchase by the pound or in bulk. Butler will also process wild game, and it offers catering and party tray services. Come by during lunch hours to try out Butler's deli, serving delicious sandwiches with any of its meats. Butler has been Carson City's butcher since 1973.
