Once you make up your mind, grab a coffee and peruse the shops in Carson Mall. Schat's also bakes more than a dozen types of bread daily such as ciabatta, seven-grain and Sheepherder. For lunch, build a sandwich from your favorite choice then pick up a loaf to take home. Don't leave before checking out its expanded cake shop full of truffles, gelato, cake slices and many other sweet treats as beautiful as they are delicious.
