Flat Earth Pizza brings the Old World-style brick oven-baked pizzas to Nevada's capital. Inspired by trips to New York City's classic, rustic, thin-crust pizza joints, the owner and chef melds the East Coast style with West Coast flavors, creating a wholly unique, yet traditional dining experience. Many of the restaurant's meats, tomatoes and cheeses are imported directly from Italy. Sauces, dressings and dough are made fresh every day from the local ingredients. Gluten-free dough is an option.
