Join us for a community wellness event! Celebrate our new sign with a ribbon cutting, open house and FREE yoga. Bring the family! Celebrate a milestone with us.
"Move with the Mayor" is a national campaign spearheaded by the National Forum for Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention, encouraging communities to adopt active, healthy lifestyles. In Carson City, this initiative involves a series of events organized by the Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department, including cemetery clean-ups, fitness challenges, and other activities. After tonight’s ribbon cutting event, you are invited to learn some yoga moves to keep your body healthy and moving.
