This feast pays tribute to a time-honored tradition dating back to 19th-century New York. Originally working-class celebrations and political fundraisers, these indulgent events were known for piles of sliced beef served on white bread, no utensils allowed, and plenty of beer and laughter to go around
For this special evening, we’re proud to feature locally raised beef from Park Ranch Meats renowned for its quality and rich flavor. And to complement the meal, we’ll be pouring exceptional bourbon from Frey Ranch Distillery a family-owned distillery crafting world-class spirits right here in Nevada. We will also have copious amounts of Great Basin Brewing Company craft beer and plenty of red wine for all from Foley Food & Wine Society!
