Wildflower Planting Workday
Event Description:
In celebration of National Public Lands Day, Bee City USA #76, the Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department and the Foundation for Carson City Parks & Recreation invite Carson City residents to help plant a native wildflower pollinator garden at Ronald D. Wilson Memorial Park.
Come learn about pollinators and the wildflowers they love! Get your hands dirty and participate in this community garden project. Tools and materials will be provided. Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, a hat, and bring water.
