Junior Park Ranger Activity: Orienteering

Event Description:
Junior Park Ranger Activities are generally held quarterly throughout the year for the purpose of completing sections within the Adventure Guide.
This month, JR Rangers will work through pages 6 and 7 with a Park Ranger while exploring Carson River Park. Jr Rangers will be using their orienteering skills help navigate around the area to locate items.
The hike will be about 1 mile total over easy terrain. The trail is considered "Easy" according to the IMBA trail rating system. Bring all hiking essentials including closed-toe shoes and layers.
Age limit:
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
