Nowruz 'New Year' Celebration
Veterans Healing Camp will celebrate the theme 'Roaring 20’s' at the 7th annual Nowruz 'New Year' Celebration Feast. You are invited to join us in the Casino Fandango Grand Ballroom in Carson City on our trip back in time to revive some good times.
Please invite or sponsor a veteran to your table for this beautiful and festive event that features good time, great food, live music, dancing, a silent auction, door prizes and more. All proceeds will benefit a local grassroots non-profit, the Veterans Healing Camp.
The event will features honoring our veterans from all branches of united State military. We will ask all our veterans to stand up as their service branch theme song is played on the bagpipe.
In addition, if you have a loved one that is absent, we encourage you to stand up and do the stand in their place. A very special By Herb Hammerstaedt recognitions to the Vietnam veteran Paris Davis, who was awarded the Medal of Honor after his paperwork was lost for sixty years and Ernest R. Werts the 101 years old USN of WW II.
