Indulge your minds and your palates in tasty cooking tips and recipes! Join Martha Holand, CDE, RD, LD, for this 8-week nutrition course to discover the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet. Research shows that Mediterranean-style eating can improve weight loss, control blood glucose (sugar) levels, reduce the risk of depression, and more. This 8-week program starts Thursday, January 31 from Noon - 2 PM at Valley View Room in the Regional Medical Center.
