Balance & Breath Mellow Yoga With Erin
This mellow flow yoga class will slowly move your focus from the outside world to what’s going on inside. We’ll focus on intentional breathing and just enough movement to find stillness in the mind. This class is open to any level yogi, as modifications will be offered & encouraged to make postures more restorative or even more challenging. Join certified yoga teacher Erin Meyering in the practice of yoga to help you in the practice of your everyday life – perhaps with more awareness and more self-acceptance.
Classes are limited to 15 participants to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Registration is required
Cost: $5.00 per class, cash pay in class with an instructor.
Please bring your own mat, water, and any other items you may need. Face coverings are required.
