Ribbon Cutting: Seven Grille at the Federal Hotel
Carson’s newest restaurant, Seven Grille, will hold an official grand opening/ribbon-cutting on September 25. Located inside the newly remodeled Federal Hotel, the Seven Grille was once the Black Bear Diner and has become an upscale casual restaurant now offering breakfast and lunch and soon to offer dinner service.

Currently in the "soft opening" mode, Seven Grille brings contemporary dining to downtown, allowing us another dining choice. Located just inside the Max Casino, you need not walk through the casino to begin your dining experience.
The new decor is contemporary and light. All new booths, and plenty of them. Upscale, but not overly so to make you feel uncomfortable or not dressed up enough. The carpet alone is worth seeing and was especially created to look like wood. The bar area is not yet open, but will be soon.
