Event Description:

We are pleased to have Rob Hooper as our featured speaker at the Carson City Republican Committee General Membership meeting in June.

Rob is the President and CEO of NNDA (Northern Nevada Development Authority). NNDA is the Connector, Navigator and Problem-solver between the Sierra Region’s business communities, government, and the many resources to support business growth.
Rob will discuss with the group:
• Economic Development…Nevada Style – an overview of Nevada’s unique statewide economic development system
• Nevada Economic Update – how things look statewide
• About NNDA – who we are and what we do
• Nevada’s Sierra Region – an overview of our designated service area
• Carson City Fast Facts – some updated facts and figures
• NNDA Strategic Focus – what we are doing and plan to do to grow our region’s economic ecosystem
