Carson City Takeover Night at Tahoe Knight Monsters
The newly formed Tahoe Knight Monsters ice hockey team is inviting all of Carson City to cheer them on as they take on the Adirondack Thunder of Glen Falls, New York on Friday evening, February 7 at the Tahoe Blue Event Center in Stateline at 7:30 pm. Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell will throw out the first puck.

The Tahoe Knight Monsters is a new team within the ECHL, the premier minor professional “AA” Hockey league with teams across the U.S. and Canada and serves as a farm system to the American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL).
The Tahoe Knight Monsters are affiliated with the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL) and the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL). This is their first season and the Tahoe Blue Event Center is their home.
Most of the team members live in Carson City.
The Adirondack Thunder is affiliated with NHL's New Jersey Devils and AHL's Utica Comets.

Tahoe turns GOLD!!! Affiliation Weekend! The Knight Monsters will celebrate our NHL affiliate, the Vegas Golden Knights, and wear special themed jerseys! Tahoe gets a taste of Vegas with Affiliation Weekend as the Knight Monsters turn the Tahoe Blue Event Center into a night in Vegas. The uniform colors are teal, gold, and black.
