Event Description:
Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA), and plaque build-up in the carotid arteries are all treatable when caught early. Take charge of your health through a low-cost stroke and vascular screening for just $75. Carson Tahoe Health offers low-cost HeartSmart screenings which include: Carotid Artery and Stroke Ultrasound, Screening for Atrial Fibrillation, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm screening, and screening for Peripheral Vascular Disease. We do not bill Medicare or other insurance for HeartSmart screenings. If you have any questions about the screenings or registration, please call (775) 445-7337.
