Event Description:
At Carson Tahoe Health, we recognize that resources can be hard to come by. That’s why, in conjunction with the CDC and the National Diabetes Prevention Program, starting June 5, 2019, a session of “Small Steps. Big Rewards.” will begin. A year-long program that has proven to be effective in eliminating the risk of diabetes.
Registration is required, please contact Michael Jarvis at (775) 445-7337 to register for the program.
The registration cost is $20.00 to register and an additional $5.00 per class.
