Golden or Blonde Ale (4.7% ABV)$7
Firestone Walker Brewing CompanyPaso Robles, California
It’s not a unique idea, but one that everyone on the Central Coast understands... call something “805” and it means local. As a regional craft brewer we have always known that the closer the beer is to where it was brewed, the fresher it is. In fact since 1996 our brewery has been built on fresh, local beers for the Central Coast... so we crafted a beer for the 805.It’s not a unique idea, but one that everyone on the Central Coast... 90 Minute IPA

Imperial or Double India Pale Ale (9.0% ABV)$7
Dogfish Head Craft BreweryMilton, Delaware
Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. 90 Minute IPA was our first continually-hopped beer, which is a method of hopping that allows for a pungent, but not crushing hop flavor. Since introducing the world to the continual-hopping method with our 90 Minute IPA, we've since released a continually-hopped 60 Minute IPA, 120 Minute IPA and even a 75 Minute IPA (a cask-conditioned blend of 60 & 90 Minute IPAs). In addition to the continual-hopping 90 Minute IPA recieves during the boil, we also utilize our 'Me So Hoppy' device to dry-hop the beer during conditioning. This beer is an excellent candidate for use with our Randall The Enamel Animal filter!Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA., "perhaps the best I.P.A... Read More

Abbey Ale

Belgian-Style Dubbel (8.2% ABV)$9
Brewery OmmegangCooperstown, New York
Ommegang Abbey Ale is directly influenced by the patience and wisdom of the Trappists, who ever seek divine union—a pretty high standard for a beer, but a good one, we think. Our first ever beer, with which we opened the doors in 1997, and still one of our two bests sellers. Deep burgundy color, rich and malty, with aromas of anise, fresh apricot, chocolate and honey, topped by a dense tan head. Rich on the palate but with a dry finish. Develops wonderful caramel, fig, and currant notes with age. Enjoy Ommegang Abbey Ale with savory dishes, slow-cooked pork, marinated roasts, barbeque, rich cheeses, and almost every dessert. Ommegang Abbey Ale has been recognized many times, most recently with a gold medal at the 2010 World Beer Cup.Ommegang Abbey Ale is directly influenced by the patience and wisdom of... Read More

This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Negra Modelo

Vienna-Style Lager (5.4% ABV)$7
Grupo Modelo S.A. de C.V.Mexico City, Distrito Federal Mexico, Mexico
Negra Modelo has long been the dark beer alternative for Mexican beer drinkers. It has been identified as one of the few surviving examples of Vienna style lager - a style that was largely replaced in European breweries with Oktoberfest, a slightly lighter lager, in the early twentieth century. Negra Modelo pours with an off-white, medium head. The body is clear with a rich amber/copper color. The aroma is sweet with hints of apple. The impression at the first sip is sweet. This gives way only a bit to some hops bitterness which gives some balance but leaves the beer firmly in the sweet category. It has no real lager snap at the end, just lingering hops. This actually makes the second sip more balanced than the first. There is some complexity and depth here but the flavors are very delicate. They are obliterated by the aggressive flavors of the Mexican food that Modelo is often served with making it a sweet balance to the savory and sometimes hot cuisine.Negra Modelo has long been the dark beer alternative for Mexican beer...
